Starting from our base at Snowhook Adventure Guides in Willow, Alaska, you’ll hop on a snowcat and be whisked off to our specially built, toasty fishing shelter. Our expert guides are there to ensure you get right where the fish are biting. We’ve got you covered with fishing equipment, professional tips, photo opportunities, and even snacks for your time on the ice. All you need is a day license, and you’re good to go for an unforgettable Alaskan fishing adventure.

Ready for a day packed with winter fun? Come along for our dog sled and ice fishing adventure. We kick off the day at 9:30 am with a 3-hour stint on the ice, fishing rod in hand. After that, we’ll head back to our home base at Snowhook Adventure Guides of Alaska for a tasty lunch. Once you’re fueled up, we’ll gear up for the afternoon ride. You’ll join a team of sled dogs for an exhilarating ride over frozen lakes and through the woodlands and rolling hills of Alaska. No special gear required – everything is provided, you just need a fishing license.

Join the Iditarod Snowmobile Adventure for an exciting full-day tour following the famed Iditarod trail. Starting in Willow, you’ll ride 80 miles roundtrip to Yentna Station Roadhouse, cheering on mushers and enjoying the Alaskan backcountry views. The tour includes a snowmobile, gear, dinner, and a professional guide. Suitable for ages 12 and up, with drivers needing to be 18 or older. This adventure, available from December to April, offers a unique way to experience the Iditarod race up close.

The Iditarod Ultimate Adventure is a thrilling three-day, two-night tour through the Alaskan backcountry. On Day 1, enjoy dog sledding through snow and a snowmobile tour to cabins on Hatcher Pass, with dinner and a chance to see the amazing Northern Lights. Day 2 includes breakfast, a visit to the Iditarod start, and a 70-mile ride to Skwentna Roadhouse, where you’ll watch sled dog teams at the checkpoint. Day 3 features a hearty breakfast and a snowmobile ride back to Willow, covering 190 miles of scenic trails throughout the whole adventure. This package includes all gear, meals, and lodging.
