Winter evenings in Alaska are a special kind of magic, and this combo brings together dog sledding, snowmobiling, and the chance to see the northern lights in one unforgettable adventure. Join us at Snowhook Kennel, where you’ll meet our Alaskan huskies, help get the teams ready, and head out on a moonlit dog sledding adventure through the woods, over frozen lakes, and along the snow-covered trails of Alaska.
After running dogs under the stars, we’ll return to the kennel to warm up and enjoy dinner before heading back out into the night on snowmobiles. Follow parts of the historic Iditarod Trail, ride through hills and powder, and take in the incredible views across the Susitna River Basin toward Denali. With experienced local guides, all your winter gear provided, and the possibility of catching the northern lights along the way, this is a chance to experience two of Alaska’s favorite winter adventures in one magical evening.
