Our Facilites

Snowhook Adventure is your destination in Alaska. Across our lodge, kennels, cabins, and developing hospitality spaces, we provide a place where guests can experience Alaska in a deeper, more personal way. Whether you are joining us for a dog sledding adventure, staying overnight in Hatcher Pass, or visiting the working kennel where our dog team lives and trains, each facility plays a part in the Snowhook experience.

Meet the Dogs Behind the Adventure

The Snowhook Kennel is the heart of our dog sledding operation. Located in Willow, Alaska, it is home to the working dog team behind many of our most popular winter and fall adventures. This is where guests can meet the dogs, learn about mushing, and see the care, training, and teamwork that make each dog sledding experience possible.

For many visitors, time at the kennel is one of the most memorable parts of their Snowhook adventure. It offers a genuine connection to Alaska’s sled dog culture and gives guests a closer look at the dogs, guides, and daily work behind the trail.

Doc’s Dine & Dash is currently under construction and will become part of the growing Snowhook Adventure experience. Once complete, it will add a dedicated food and hospitality space for guests visiting Snowhook Lodge, the cabins, and our Hatcher Pass adventure base.

The restaurant is being developed to support longer stays, multi-day tours, and guests looking for a more complete experience before or after their adventure. As Snowhook continues to grow, Doc’s Dine & Dash will help bring together the touring, lodging, and hospitality sides of the business in one connected destination.

Where Alaska Adventure Begins

From our working sled dog kennel in Willow to Snowhook Lodge and cabins in Hatcher Pass, our facilities are part of the adventure itself. These are the places where guests meet the dogs, prepare for the trail, stay longer in the mountains, and experience the wider Snowhook way of life. With Doc’s Dine & Dash currently under construction, Snowhook is continuing to grow as a true Alaska adventure base for tours, lodging, food, and year-round outdoor experiences.
